We booked for 7pm on a Saturday night. It took just over 30 minutes for anyone to take our order, another 20 minutes for the drinks to come, and 15 minutes later the food arrived, so one hour and 5 mins before we had anything to eat.
The wine was reasonably priced ($45 for a bottle of 2024 Henschke Riesling.) We had spring rolls (yum), fried squid tentacles (also yum) sizzling garlic prawns (standard fare, but tasty) and “delicious pork belly” which wasn’t what we were expecting, but was tasty enough. (It was flattened and deep fried pork served with iceberg lettuce.) The rice only arrived once we’d nearly finished all the food, which was a waste.
The interior was much bigger and more modern than I was expecting. There were some big noisy buffet tables when we were there. The service was a bit chaotic, but friendly.
The total bill for 2 was around $125 with starters, mains and a bottle of wine.

The best dish is chicken.
Other dishes did not make much of impression. Tofu in salted egg sauce looks nice but tasteless.

Had dinner with my friend and my daughter. The food was pretty good but unfortunately after dinner when we left the restaurant, my daughter and I had diarrhea. We got to my hotel and straight into the toilet. My friend didn't get a bad tummy because he did not eat much of the Chinese veg with crab meat in egg sauce. Just unfortunate for us.😭

Tasty foods, we have returned a few times and loved the homemade tofu with mushrooms & oyster sauce. The lobster and fish were also well cooked, though pricing overall is on the higher side. Service was very slow, on Lunar New Year’s Eve, it took more than an hour before the first dish was served, and around half an hour in between dishes. The good thing is this is one of a few proper Chinese restaurants in Perth which can do a la carte order for the Lunar New Year.

Can be very very expensive if you don't know what you are doing. Orders can be double portions without asking, recommendations can be very pricey and should definitely ask what the price is for market price items. Just make sure you read the menu and order carefully.
Quality of ingredients are good but the final dish can be hit and miss. Skin of the roast duck and goose are not crispy. Sweet and sour pork taste one dimensional. It's the more unusual dishes like pork stomach soup that could bring pleasant surprises (but the prices can be a surprise too).
The space is tight because there are just too many seatings for the size and it can get stuffy even in colder months. Service is really bad when they are busy and comes with a bit of attitude at other times. Parking around the area is a pain as well.
Don't think I will go there in a hurry.
